Organizations
Manage teams with multi-tenant organizations — role-based access control for webhooks, channels, and settings.
Organizations let you isolate teams, projects, or clients into separate workspaces. Each organization has its own webhooks, channels, and members.
Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access, manage billing, delete organization |
| Admin | Manage webhooks, channels, members, and settings |
| Member | View dashboards, send test notifications |
Creating an Organization
- Click your profile icon in the top-right
- Select Create Organization
- Enter a name
- Invite team members
Inviting Members
Admins and owners can invite new members:
- Navigate to Settings → Members
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email and select a role
- They'll receive an email invitation
Switching Organizations
Click the organization name in the sidebar to switch between workspaces. Each organization has independent:
- Webhooks
- Channels
- Filtering rules
- Delivery logs
- Settings
