Organizations

Manage teams with multi-tenant organizations — role-based access control for webhooks, channels, and settings.

Organizations let you isolate teams, projects, or clients into separate workspaces. Each organization has its own webhooks, channels, and members.

Roles

RolePermissions
OwnerFull access, manage billing, delete organization
AdminManage webhooks, channels, members, and settings
MemberView dashboards, send test notifications

Creating an Organization

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right
  2. Select Create Organization
  3. Enter a name
  4. Invite team members

Inviting Members

Admins and owners can invite new members:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Members
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email and select a role
  4. They'll receive an email invitation

Switching Organizations

Click the organization name in the sidebar to switch between workspaces. Each organization has independent:

  • Webhooks
  • Channels
  • Filtering rules
  • Delivery logs
  • Settings
